An underestimated-underdog-real-deal-rock-and-roll artist coming out of nowhere from the suburbs of Birmingham, Alabama” - Ralph Molina

everything spins, out now!

I’m so happy to finally share this.

My new album, Everything Spins, is here. These songs were written over time, shaped by seasons of change, loss, and the quiet ways life keeps moving forward. They’re rooted in place, memory, and the things that stay with us even as everything else turns.

The record was produced by Anthony Crawford and recorded at Admiral Bean Studio with Anthony and Savana Lee of Sugarcane Jane lending those familiar harmonies throughout. Brad Lepik assisted with engineering, with additional vocals recorded by Dylan Alldredge at Skinny Elephant Recording in Nashville.

It also features the McCrary Sisters, Chris Carmichael on violin, Harry Gale on electric guitar on “Better Angels,” Will Kimbrough on electric guitar at Kimbrough Super Service,  Spike Sikes on keys on “Shut Up Y’all, and my son Cole Lanter doing some backing vocals on Reverend Fred Lane.” I’m deeply grateful to everyone who helped bring this music to life.

A limited run of 4-panel green sleeve wallet CDs with a 16-page lyric insert will be ready to ship around the end of February.

A very limited run of 180g classic black vinyl with a full-color jacket, spine, and full-color inner sleeve will be available at the end of April.

Thank you for listening, for being here, and for supporting independent music.

Everything Spins is Lolly Lee’s sophomore album, a vivid and unguarded collection that leans into motion, memory, and the strange gravity of love, loss, and becoming yourself again.

Released February 13, 2026 (with pre-sale beginning February 9), Everything Spins feels like a sky in motion. One minute tender and earthbound, the next cosmic and unruly. These songs circle big human questions with sharp wit and a fearless heart. How do we slow down when the world won’t? How do we love when nothing feels permanent? What do we carry with us when we leave?

Recorded at Admiral Bean Studio in Loxley, Alabama, the album was produced, mixed, and mastered by Anthony Crawford, capturing Lolly’s voice in all its grit, warmth, and luminous honesty. The production is intimate but expansive, rooted in songcraft while allowing room for atmosphere, humor, and emotional surprise. Additional vocals for Shut Up Y'all recorded by Dylan Alldredge at Skinny Elephant Studios in Nashville, Tennessee.

Across the record, thoughtful collaborators elevate the emotional arc without ever overwhelming the songs. Will Kimbrough’s electric guitar brings grit and fire to “Shut Up Ya’ll,” while Chris Carmichael’s string arrangements, featured on several tracks, add a cinematic sweep and quiet ache that deepen the album’s reflective moments. The legendary McCrary Sisters also appear, lending their unmistakable soul in a way that feels organic and earned plus Regina McCrary adds her rhythmic soul tambourine while Spike Sikes adds his unmistakable keys on Shut Up Y'all. Harry Gale adds some infectious electric guitar on Better Angels.

From the reflective title track “Everything Spins” to the swagger and bite of “Husbands and Tattoos,” the aching sweetness of “Lost in Love,” and the cathartic release of “Shut Up Ya’ll,” this album moves effortlessly between introspection and celebration.

Everything Spins is a record about forward motion. About standing still just long enough to tell the truth. About accepting that life rarely settles—and learning to dance anyway.
